Vinyasa is a yoga style with a strong emphises on connecting your breath to movement. Utilizing the breath to guide the transitions from pose to pose. Steady movement throughout the practice. Utiliyzing sun salutations as a way to build up through varying balancing poses. This class ends with Savasana, or final resting pose. An oppurtinuty to take a restful and rejuvaving end to the practice.
A flowing and moving style of yoga. Connecting movement and breath as students are encouraged to flow with what feels right. Meeting your practice -where you are and flowing with it!
Reconnect the body and mind after a long day with guided meditation and slow flow vinyasa sequenced to music in a warm room. A 5 to 10 minute meditation is frequently added at the beginning or end of class.
Yin yoga focuses on poses to target the fascia/connective tissue of the body. Utilizing mostly seated and floor supported poses (both supine (on back) and prone (on belly). Poses are held for longer periods of time so that the mind, breath and body are able to connect in order to release the fascia and connective tissues of the body.

A truly adaptive yoga class. Utilizing a chair as the main yoga prop. This class is designed to give you all the benefits of a physical yoga class while allowing ease on the joints, muscles and mind. This class focuses on balance, core strength, breathing and relaxation. All posters are done standing or seated on a chair.
