I have a passion for yoga and a desire to share my knowledge and the benefits of yoga with anyone. What one person needs from yoga is not always what the next person needs. I love building a relationship with my students and connecting with them to learn what they want from their yoga practice. The benefits of yoga are so far-reaching and include basic breath awareness, full body awareness and connection, building strength, adding flexibility and more. I love it all and see people every day benefiting from yoga.
We breathe all day and night without much thought. By bringing consciousness and awareness to our breath we can expand its capabilities. With this awareness we can use it to help us relax and become more present both physically and mentally, on and off the mat.
Priscilla is a Native Austinite. Massage Therapist of 11 years. She has always been devoted to discovering solutions to improving the human body & mind. Loves hiking the trails of Austin with her 11 year old daughter. Priscilla has been practicing yoga consistently during a difficult life transition about a year ago. She noticed a reconnection with herself through the practice of yoga. She became drawn to learning more about herself along with the history of yoga and continued this yogic journey. CorePower Yoga became her place of training and practice. Yoga inspires her to practice being present, mindful and gracious towards herself and others, both on and off her mat. She has a passion of sharing yoga with others and looks forward to seeing you in her class.
Bridgid found her place on her mat in 2005, while teaching orchestra to public school students in Boston, MA. Since then, she’s traveled the world playing violin with major recording artists while simultaneously sharing her passion for music with students of all ages and abilities. She incorporates her yoga practice throughout her music career, and is amazed at the way it helped her remain calm and centered on stage. Bridgid brings a unique approach to her practice, maintaining a sense of lighthearted playfulness while moving with focused ease through even the most challenging asanas. She carries this mindset through all aspects of her life, on and off the mat. A natural teacher and mentor, Bridgid earned her master’s degree in music education. She was finally in one place long enough to obtain her 200-hour RYT certification in the summer of 2015, through Black Swan Yoga, with additional training through Strala Yoga in New York City. She is honored to be sharing the transformational power of yoga with all who practice with her. Currently living in Austin, Texas, Bridgid maintains an active schedule, teaching an average of 15-20 classes a week as well as teaching violin lessons and performing regularly in a variety of settings.

Alex is a 200 RYT and Reiki Master & Teacher. She is a firm believer that yoga is for any and everyone! First coming to the mat 10 years ago, little did she know that the practice would completely change her life. It was not long after that, she realized that the ancient practice of yoga was much more than “exercise”, and she began to developer a deeper spiritual relationship with the practice. In 2016, she completed her 200-hr yoga teacher training course. She teaches yoga in ways that help one connect to the practice whether their goal be fitness, health, healing, introspection, relaxation, or personal growth. She aims to teach a variety of students, honoring where they come from physically, culturally, socially, mentally and spiritually, while supporting their personal intentions and helping them grow to their fullest potential.
As a native mid-westerner, she studied and was attuned to Usui Reiki I & II in Columbus, Ohio. She knew that she wanted to be able to share this healing practice with others, and was trained and attuned as a Reiki Master shortly after moving to Austin, TX in 2017. As a reiki practitioner, she enjoys bringing energy aspects into yoga classes and facilitating subtle energy flow throughout the studio. She also loves sharing reiki experiences with others, whether it be teaching, or aiding in healing.
