This series is open to anyone who wants to learn or deepen their yoga practice.
Through the four weeks we will be learning about breath, posws, modifications, history, styles and more!
During the series you will also get 2 additional class passes to implement what you've been studying and get a one on one session with Carla so you can really dive it what YOU want from your yoga practice.
Series Beginning Dates: workshop series are four weeks. A new series begins every 6 weeks.
